A legal disclaimer

By booking a session with Hour Zero Astrophotography you agree to the following terms in full. All sessions must be paid in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit payment in full. Credits are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable. Hour Zero Astrophotography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full credit will be issued. Our Milky Way photograph guarantee applies provided clear skies are present, the participant attends the full session, and their camera is capable of manual exposure control. Participants must be 18 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct. Participants are responsible for their own equipment. Hour Zero Astrophotography assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged gear. Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash no longer than six feet or secured in a crate at all times. The owner assumes full responsibility for any injury or disruption caused by their animal. By booking you acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in an outdoor nighttime activity and voluntarily assume all such risks. You hereby release, waive, and discharge Hour Zero Astrophotography, its instructor, and representatives from any and all claims or liability arising from your participation, including claims arising from negligence. Hour Zero Astrophotography reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. Sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
